    Detailed Itinerary

    • Day 1: Bagan - Pakkoku

      Enjoy a leisurely lunch as the ship sails towards the bustling trading town of Pakkoku. On shore, explore local industries like a cheroot-rolling factory and a workshop for ‘Burmese slippers,’ and visit the vibrant market for fresh produce and local goods. Afterward, experience the serene Shwegu Temple with its intricate carvings and unique Buddha image.

    • Day 2: Pakkoku - Yandabo

      Early risers can enjoy daily yoga on the sun deck, merging movements with the flow of the Ayeyarwady River. The cruise from Pakkoku to Yandabo includes exploring the historic village, learning local crafts, and experiencing Myanmar’s traditions, followed by a cultural presentation and the option of a spa treatment.

    • Day 3: Yandabo - Ava - Mandalay

      In Ava, explore the former royal capital by horse-drawn carriage, visiting ancient monasteries and enjoying a tranquil teatime picnic. The journey continues to Mandalay, where an afternoon tour includes gold leaf beating, silk weaving, marble carving, and a sunset outing around the U-Bein Bridge, followed by a traditional dance and music performance by the Mandalay Art School.

    • Day 4: Mandalay - Mingun – Mandalay

      Wake up early to watch the Ayeyarwady River come to life and enjoy breakfast on deck. Visit Mandalay’s Kuthodaw Pagoda, Mahamuni Pagoda, and Shwenandaw Monastery, then sail to Mingun to see the unfinished stupa and the world’s largest un-cracked bell. Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail as the ship returns to Mandalay, followed by farewell entertainment.

    • Day 5: Mandalay

      After breakfast, your stay on your floating, luxury home comes to an end. Heritage Line and the Anawrahta crew wish you a wonderful onward journey in the land of Ancient Capitals – Myanmar.
